Terms and Conditions for Treatment Services
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Customers are entitled to a refund for any unused treatments, subject to the following conditions:
- If treatments are purchased individually, customers may request a full refund for any unused treatments.
- If treatments are purchased as part of a bundle, customers are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the bundle. Bundled treatments are sold as a single, indivisible package.
1.2 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
1.3 Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days of the approved request.
2. Booking and Local Business Partners
2.1 Upon completion of the purchase, customers will gain access to our local business partner that they'll receive treatment from.
2.2 Customers can book their treatments directly with their assigned partner based upon the page which the offer was claimed through and can not be transferred to a different local business partner.
2.3 Information about local business partners, including contact details and available services, will be provided post-purchase.
2.4 Inability to schedule an appointment with a local business partner, due to scheduling conflicts or any other reason, does not qualify a customer for a refund or authorize them to file a dispute for the payment.
3. No Guarantee of Results; No Refunds for Lack of Results
3.1 We strive to provide high-quality treatments but do not guarantee specific results.
3.2 Refunds will not be provided based on the perceived effectiveness or lack of results from the treatments.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Your purchase and continued use of our services constitute your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
